Who is responsible
Vít Šebestík, the author of this website, is the controller of the data described below. You can reach me through the contact form.
What the contact form collects
Your name, e-mail address and the text of your message. I use them only to read and answer your message. I don't use them for marketing, and I don't pass them on for any other purpose.
Who handles it
Messages are delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that forwards them to my e-mail inbox. It processes your data only to deliver the message. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, keeps technical logs such as IP addresses.
Third-party requests when you open the site
The page loads fonts from Google Fonts and some project preview images from picsum.photos. Your browser contacts those services directly, so they receive your IP address and browser details. This site sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers.
How long I keep it
Messages stay in my inbox for as long as the conversation or the matter it concerns needs them, and I delete them afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask me to show, correct or delete the data I hold about you, to restrict its use, or to hand it over to you. Write through the contact form and mention that it is about your data. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

Answering a message you sent me on your own initiative (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).
